Dave Hicks Elected to the High Post of Department Commander Peoria, Illinois July 16,2011 Dave Hicks a long term member of the American Legion was elected Commander of The American Legion Department of Illinois. Dave who has been a member of the American Legion for over 40 years, is a member of Post 318 in Morton of the 3rd Division. Dave stated, "It is an honor to be elected to this position." He pledged to always put the veteran first as he has during his long term membership in the American Legion. |
